What is the HRV home Training program?

There are several ways to experience a Heart Rate Variability (HRV) program. One way is to practice at home, on your own, with the guidance of an off-site therapist versed in the therapy. This allows you the freedom to work independently while still being supported and held accountable to implement the practice in your life for real results.

After the first week, we meet again in person to help clarify the process and refine your attention process which enhance your coherence.

Closing session to reflect on and celebrate gains made and consider further programs.

If I have failed my diet, failed my exercise program, and failed my meditation practice, why would I succeed with this?

Very often, people make well intended commitments to various plans and programs. And then for a variety of reasons, they don't follow through. This particular program is designed to help you follow through. The close, daily one-on-one interaction with your therapist, who offers both guidance and encouragement, is your safety net so that if you 'slip' you have help in getting quickly back on track.

But I don't want to get 'yelled at' or 'put down', or think 'I'm a failure'?

My goal is not to humiliate clients but to encourage them to realize their potential. He/she does so by guiding you to take the actions most in line with your true self and by reminding you what's really at stake if you neglect your practice.

Does HRV really work?

HRV is not a magic bullet. It is a unique and powerful method that, with time and attention, can effect real and substantial change in one's life.
